Saturday, June 7
9:30 AM – Sunrise Stretch & Aromatherapy Meditation (30 min, $20)

11:00 AM – Lavender Bliss Gentle Yoga (45 min, $25)
• A slow, meditative yoga flow designed to keep the body cool and the mind relaxed.
• Includes long, supported stretches and breathwork to enhance relaxation.
1:00 PM – Midday Lavender Nap: Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath (30 min, $20)
• Guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep) to reset the nervous system.

3:00 PM – Chill & Flow: Cooling Yoga for a Hot Day (45 min, $25)
• Breath-focused, slow movements and seated postures to keep the body calm.
• Includes cooling breathwork techniques like Sitali pranayama.

10:30 AM – Awaken with Lavender: Gentle Morning Flow (45 min, $25)

12:30 PM – Lavender Fields Forever: Guided Meditation & Mindfulness Walk (30 min, $20)
• A mindful walking meditation through the lavender fields.

2:30 PM – Floating on Lavender: Restorative Yoga & Lavender Scented Scalp Massage (45 min, $30)
• A deeply restorative session with supported postures for ultimate relaxation.
• Optional lavender-infused temple and scalp massage during Savasana.
4:30 PM – Sunset Sound Bath & Meditation (45 min, $30)
• End the festival with an immersive sound bath with crystal bowls and nature sounds.
